These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of:
* the Limento mobile application,
* the website at Limento,
* and related services, features, tools, content, and software (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Limento, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
Limento is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
* you are at least 18 years old,
* you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms,
* and your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. Wellness & Informational Purpose Only
Limento is a wellness and lifestyle application.
The Services are intended solely for:
* wellness support,
* habit awareness,
* motivational coaching,
* food and activity tracking,
* behavioral consistency support,
* and informational purposes.
Limento:
* is not a medical service,
* is not a healthcare provider,
* is not a medical device,
* does not diagnose or treat disease,
* and does not replace licensed healthcare professionals.
Nothing in the Services constitutes:
* medical advice,
* nutritional therapy,
* mental health treatment,
* diagnosis,
* prescription guidance,
* or clinical care.
You remain solely responsible for your health decisions.
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding:
* medications,
* medical conditions,
* symptoms,
* treatment decisions,
* or healthcare concerns.
3. AI-Generated Content & Limitations
Limento uses artificial intelligence systems to generate:
* coaching responses,
* food analysis estimates,
* wellness summaries,
* pattern insights,
* motivational simulations,
* and other AI-assisted outputs.
AI-generated outputs:
* may be inaccurate,
* incomplete,
* misleading,
* inappropriate,
* or incorrect.
You understand and agree that:
* AI outputs are informational only,
* AI systems can make mistakes,
* and you must independently evaluate all outputs before relying on them.
You must not rely on AI-generated content for:
* medical decisions,
* mental health crises,
* emergency situations,
* medication management,
* or other high-risk situations.
4. Future You & Visual Simulations
Certain features may generate:
* body visualizations,
* progress simulations,
* or motivational visual projections.
These features:
* are illustrative and motivational only,
* are not predictions,
* are not guarantees of outcomes,
* and are not medical or scientific forecasts.
Actual results vary significantly between individuals.
5. GLP-1 Companion
Limento may include wellness-support features related to GLP-1 medications.
These features are limited to:
* logging,
* adherence support,
* hydration/protein/fiber reminders,
* symptom tracking,
* and informational wellness support.
Limento does not:
* provide dosing advice,
* recommend medication changes,
* recommend injection techniques,
* replace healthcare providers,
* or provide medical supervision.
You must consult your healthcare provider regarding:
* medication decisions,
* side effects,
* injections,
* or treatment questions.
6. HealthKit
If you connect Apple Health:
* you grant permission for Limento to read selected health data,
* subject to permissions you control through Apple settings.
Limento currently uses Apple Health in a read-only manner.
HealthKit data:
* is used solely to provide app functionality,
* is not sold,
* and is not used for advertising purposes.
You may revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your Apple device settings.
7. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
* maintaining account security,
* protecting login credentials,
* and all activity occurring under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information.
You may not:
* impersonate others,
* share accounts improperly,
* attempt unauthorized access,
* interfere with the Services,
* or misuse the platform.
8. User Content
You may upload or submit:
* food logs,
* photos,
* progress images,
* wellness entries,
* reflections,
* coach conversations,
* and related content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting User Content, you grant Greve Digital Labs a limited license to:
* store,
* process,
* display,
* analyze,
* and use the content solely for operating and improving the Services.
You represent that:
* you own or have rights to the content you upload,
* and your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
9. Progress Photos & Sensitive Content
Progress photos and body-related images may constitute sensitive personal information.
You acknowledge that:
* you upload such content voluntarily,
* the content may be processed using AI systems,
* and visual outputs are estimates or simulations only.
We implement reasonable safeguards intended to keep such content private, including:
* authenticated access,
* private storage,
* and signed URL access controls.
However, no storage system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Subscriptions & Billing
Limento may offer:
* monthly subscriptions,
* annual subscriptions,
* and free trial offers.
Subscriptions:
* automatically renew unless cancelled,
* are billed through Apple App Store,
* and are governed by Apple’s billing systems and policies.
You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Refunds may be subject to Apple policies and local consumer laws.
Prices may change where permitted by applicable law and platform policies.
11. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
* weight loss,
* fat loss,
* body composition changes,
* habit formation,
* behavioral outcomes,
* coaching success,
* or any specific result.
Results vary significantly between individuals.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
12. No Emergency Use
Limento is not:
* an emergency service,
* crisis support,
* suicide prevention support,
* or medical monitoring.
You must not rely on the Services during emergencies.
If you believe you are experiencing:
* a medical emergency,
* mental health crisis,
* or urgent situation,
seek immediate professional or emergency assistance.
13. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
* misuse the Services,
* interfere with security,
* reverse engineer the app,
* scrape data,
* upload unlawful content,
* harass others,
* abuse AI systems,
* attempt unauthorized access,
* or use the Services in violation of law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
14. Intellectual Property
Limento, including:
* software,
* branding,
* interfaces,
* graphics,
* AI systems,
* designs,
* text,
* and related content,
is owned by or licensed to Greve Digital Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
* copy,
* redistribute,
* modify,
* reverse engineer,
* or commercially exploit the Services without permission.
15. Third-Party Services
Limento relies on third-party providers including:
* Apple,
* OpenAI,
* Supabase,
* RevenueCat,
* analytics providers,
* and infrastructure services.
We are not responsible for:
* third-party outages,
* platform failures,
* billing interruptions,
* or third-party conduct outside our control.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Greve Digital Labs, Limento, and related parties shall not be liable for:
* indirect damages,
* incidental damages,
* special damages,
* consequential damages,
* lost profits,
* data loss,
* business interruption,
* health-related outcomes,
* emotional distress,
* or reliance on AI-generated content.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:
* Greve Digital Labs,
* Limento,
* affiliates,
* employees,
* contractors,
* and service providers
from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
* your use of the Services,
* your User Content,
* your violations of these Terms,
* or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
18. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
* for violations of these Terms,
* security concerns,
* fraud prevention,
* abuse,
* legal compliance,
* or operational reasons.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including:
* liability limitations,
* intellectual property protections,
* payment obligations,
* and legal rights.
19. Privacy
Your use of Limento is also governed by the Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy carefully.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Norway, with Bergen as agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable laws in:
* the UK,
* Canada,
* Australia,
* New Zealand,
* the EEA,
* or other applicable jurisdictions.
21. Changes to the Services
We may:
* modify,
* suspend,
* discontinue,
* or update parts of the Services at any time.
We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
When material changes are made, we may:
* update the “Last Updated” date,
* provide in-app notice,
* or provide additional notice where required.
Continued use of the Services after updates may constitute acceptance of revised Terms.
