How Limento accesses, uses, and protects Apple Health information.

This HealthKit Disclosure explains how Limento handles Apple Health information when you choose to connect Apple Health with the Limento mobile application.
Apple Health integration is optional. Limento only accesses Apple Health data with your permission, and you can revoke that permission at any time through your Apple device settings.
1. Optional Integration
Connecting Apple Health to Limento is voluntary.
Limento does not access Apple Health data unless you grant permission through Apple’s Health permission system.
You control which Apple Health categories, if any, are shared with Limento.
You may grant, deny, modify, or revoke Apple Health permissions at any time through your Apple device settings.
2. Types of Apple Health Data Limento May Read
Depending on the permissions you grant, Limento may read selected Apple Health data such as:
* steps,
* workouts,
* sleep information,
* weight,
* and other wellness data you choose to permit.
Limento only accesses categories that you approve.
3. Read-Only Access
Limento currently uses Apple Health in a read-only manner.
Limento does not write, modify, submit, or delete data in Apple Health.
Limento does not write data back to Apple Health.
4. Purpose of Apple Health Data Use
Apple Health data may be used to support app functionality such as:
* displaying wellness information in Limento,
* supporting daily summaries,
* showing steps or activity context,
* supporting trend awareness,
* supporting weight or wellness tracking where enabled,
* and helping provide more relevant wellness insights inside the app.
Apple Health data is used only to provide and improve user-facing app functionality.
5. Not for Medical Use
Apple Health data shown or used in Limento is for wellness and informational purposes only.
Limento is not a medical device, healthcare provider, clinical monitoring system, diagnostic tool, or treatment service.
Apple Health data in Limento is not reviewed by healthcare professionals and must not be relied upon for diagnosis, treatment, medication decisions, emergency decisions, or clinical monitoring.
Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medical conditions, symptoms, medications, treatment decisions, or health concerns.
6. No Advertising, Sale, or Marketing Use
Limento does not sell Apple Health data.
Limento does not use Apple Health data for advertising.
Limento does not use Apple Health data for third-party marketing.
Limento does not share Apple Health data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or marketing networks.
Apple Health data is used only for app functionality, user-facing wellness features, security, and service operation where permitted.
7. Third-Party Processing and Infrastructure
Limento may use trusted infrastructure providers to operate the app, store app data, provide authentication, maintain security, and support service reliability.
Where Apple Health-derived data is processed or stored as part of Limento functionality, it is handled as sensitive wellness information and protected using access controls and security safeguards.
Limento does not permit third-party providers to use Apple Health data for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes.
8. Privacy and Security
We treat Apple Health data as sensitive information.
We use safeguards designed to protect Apple Health-related data, which may include authenticated access, encrypted communications, access restrictions, private storage, and user-specific controls.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and you use Limento with an understanding of this risk.
9. User Control
You remain in control of Apple Health permissions.
You can revoke or modify Apple Health permissions at any time through your Apple device settings.
If you disable Apple Health permissions, some Limento features may become limited, unavailable, or less personalized.
10. Data Accuracy and Sync Limitations
Apple Health data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, or unavailable due to device settings, platform behavior, third-party device sync, user permissions, or Apple Health limitations.
Limento does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted syncing of Apple Health data.
You should independently verify important health or wellness information when accuracy matters.
11. Account Deletion and Apple Health Data
If you delete your Limento account, Apple Health-derived data stored in Limento is deleted or de-identified where legally and technically appropriate, as described in our Privacy Policy and Account & Data Deletion Policy.
Deleting your Limento account does not delete data stored inside Apple Health on your Apple device or in Apple services.
You can manage Apple Health data directly through your Apple device settings and Apple Health app.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greve Digital Labs and Limento are not liable for Apple Health data accuracy issues, sync delays, incomplete data, platform limitations, device issues, decisions based on imported data, wellness outcomes, or interruptions in Apple Health integration.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
Nothing in this disclosure limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer laws.
