## Introduction

Limento, operated by Greve Digital Labs, provides optional integration with Apple HealthKit. This disclosure details how we handle, secure, and use your health-related data when you choose to connect Apple Health with the Limento app and related services.

### 1. HealthKit Integration Is Optional
- Limento only accesses Apple Health data with your explicit, revocable permission.
- Sharing is limited to categories you permit and can be revoked at any time via device settings.

### 2. Types of Data Accessed
Limento may read, depending on granted permissions:
- Steps
- Workouts
- Sleep information
- Weight
- Other wellness data
- _Limento never writes data back to Apple Health._

### 3. Purpose of Data Use
- Wellness information display within the app
- Tracking and daily summaries
- Trend awareness and consistency support

### 4. Not for Medical Use
HealthKit data in Limento:
- Is not for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical monitoring
- Is not reviewed by healthcare professionals
- The app is not a medical device or healthcare service

### 5. Read-Only Access
- Limento never writes, modifies, or submits data to Apple Health

### 6. Privacy & Security
- HealthKit data is treated as sensitive
- Safeguards: authenticated access, encrypted communications, private storage, user-specific controls

### 7. No Advertising Use
- HealthKit data is never sold or used for advertising or profiling

### 8. Infrastructure & Processing
Certain providers (e.g., Supabase, analytics) may process limited data to operate app functionality, under Apple/user control.

### 9. User Control
- You may grant, deny, revoke, or modify shared categories anytime
- Disabling permissions may limit features

### 10. No Guarantees
Limento does not guarantee: accuracy, uninterrupted sync, completeness, or wellness outcomes. Imported values may be delayed or incomplete due to device/platform limitations.

### 11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greve Digital Labs & Limento are not liable for:
- Data accuracy/sync issues
- Decisions based on imported data
- Service is provided “as is” and “as available”
