Account & Data Deletion

Limento

Operated by Greve Digital Labs

Last updated: 25. mai 2026

This page explains how users may delete their Limento account and what happens to associated data after deletion.

This applies to:
- the Limento mobile application,
- the website at https://www.limento.app,
- and related services operated by Greve Digital Labs.

**1. Deleting Your Account**

Users may request deletion of their Limento account and associated personal data. Account deletion may be initiated:
- inside the app (when available),
- or by contacting support.

Support contact:
- support@limento.app
- privacy@limento.app

For security purposes, we may request reasonable verification before processing deletion requests.

---
**2. What Data Is Deleted**

When reasonably possible, deleting your account may result in deletion or anonymization of:
- account information,
- profile information,
- wellness logs,
- food logs,
- hydration logs,
- weight logs,
- body measurements,
- progress photos,
- AI coach conversations,
- weekly reflections,
- GLP-1 logs,
- uploaded meal photos,
- and related user-generated content.

Deletion timing may vary depending on:
- backup cycles,
- infrastructure systems,
- storage providers,
- and operational requirements.

---
**3. Progress Photos & Uploaded Images**

Uploaded progress photos and body-related images are intended to be deleted from:
- active databases,
- storage systems,
- and accessible app infrastructure
when account deletion is processed.

However:
- temporary cached copies,
- encrypted backups,
- or delayed infrastructure remnants
may continue to exist temporarily until overwritten or expired through normal system operations.

---
**4. Subscription Information**

Deleting your Limento account does not automatically cancel App Store subscriptions. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through:
- Apple account settings,
- or the Apple App Store subscription management system.

Apple billing systems are managed independently from Limento account deletion.

---
**5. Data That May Be Retained**

Certain limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for:
- fraud prevention,
- payment disputes,
- chargeback defense,
- legal obligations,
- enforcing agreements,
- security investigations,
- abuse prevention,
- regulatory compliance,
- or protecting legal rights.

Examples may include:
- transaction references,
- subscription status history,
- legal acceptance records,
- consent records,
- security logs,
- and limited account metadata.

Retained records are limited to what is reasonably necessary for legitimate legal and operational purposes.

---
**6. AI & Analytics Data**

Certain anonymized or aggregated analytics information may continue to exist after account deletion where:
- individual users can no longer reasonably be identified,
- and retention is permitted by applicable law.

AI providers and infrastructure systems may also temporarily retain limited operational logs according to their own infrastructure and security practices.

---
**7. Processing Time**

Deletion requests are generally processed within a reasonable timeframe. Actual deletion timing may vary depending on:
- technical systems,
- infrastructure providers,
- verification requirements,
- backup cycles,
- and legal obligations.

---
**8. Re-Registration**

After deletion, users may create a new account unless:
- the previous account was restricted,
- suspended,
- terminated for abuse,
- or prohibited for legal or security reasons.

A newly created account may not restore previous data.

---
**9. No Absolute Deletion Guarantee**

While Greve Digital Labs makes reasonable efforts to delete or anonymize personal data, no system can guarantee immediate or absolute erasure from:
- backups,
- archived systems,
- distributed infrastructure,
- temporary caches,
- or security logs.

Certain records may persist temporarily until naturally overwritten or expired.

---
**10. User Responsibility**

Before requesting deletion, users should ensure they have:
- exported desired information,
- cancelled subscriptions where applicable,
- and understood that deleted content may not be recoverable.

---
**11. International Rights**

Depending on applicable laws and jurisdiction, users may have rights related to:
- deletion,
- access,
- correction,
- restriction,
- portability,
- objection,
- and withdrawal of consent.

Users may contact:
- privacy@limento.app
for assistance regarding personal data rights.
