Limento is designed to support sustainable wellness, healthy behavior change, self-awareness, and respectful use of AI-assisted wellness tools.

These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Limento across the app, website, AI systems, support systems, uploads, and related services operated by Greve Digital Labs.

By using Limento, you agree to follow these Guidelines.

1. Respectful Conduct

Users must interact respectfully with other users, support staff, platform systems, and AI-assisted features.

You may not harass, threaten, shame, intimidate, exploit, impersonate, or abuse others.

You may not use hateful, discriminatory, sexually exploitative, violent, abusive, or degrading language.

You may not misuse support channels, AI systems, uploads, or platform features for harmful, deceptive, unlawful, or abusive purposes.

Limento is intended to support constructive, sustainable, and respectful wellness behavior.

2. Wellness and Safety

Limento promotes sustainable wellness practices and responsible behavior change.

Users may not use the platform to promote, encourage, request, or normalize starvation, extreme caloric restriction, purging, disordered eating behavior, self-harm, unsafe supplement use, unsafe medication use, dangerous body standards, or harmful wellness practices.

Users may not use Limento to seek or share instructions for unsafe weight-loss methods, dangerous restriction, purging, medication misuse, or self-destructive behavior.

Content or activity encouraging these behaviors may be removed, restricted, or escalated where appropriate.

3. No Medical Advice

Limento is not a medical platform and does not provide healthcare services.

Users may not use Limento to seek or provide medical diagnoses, request prescriptions, request medication dosing advice, request injection instructions, rely on AI systems for healthcare decisions, or use the platform during emergencies or crises.

Always consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding medications, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment decisions, GLP-1 medications, mental health concerns, side effects, or medical emergencies.

4. AI Features and AI Safety

Limento includes AI-assisted wellness and coaching features.

Users understand that AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, or incorrect.

AI outputs are informational only and are not substitutes for medical advice, healthcare professionals, emergency support, mental health treatment, or qualified human judgment.

Attempts to misuse AI systems, bypass safeguards, generate harmful content, manipulate outputs, test unsafe behavior, or compromise platform safety are prohibited.

5. Healthy Tracking and User Content

Limento should be used in a balanced and healthy manner focused on awareness, consistency, self-compassion, and sustainable behavior change.

Users are encouraged to log honestly, track consistently, focus on long-term behavior patterns, and use the platform constructively.

Users may upload or submit food logs, reflections, progress photos, wellness entries, body-related information, and related content.

Uploaded or submitted content must belong to the user, be properly authorized, comply with applicable laws, and remain respectful and appropriate.

Users may not upload illegal content, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, harmful material, malicious software, stolen content, or content that violates third-party rights.

6. Progress Photos and Sensitive Content

Progress photos and body-related uploads may contain sensitive personal information.

Users should avoid uploading explicit nudity, sexualized content, graphic medical imagery, images of other people without permission, or inappropriate material.

Limento applies privacy and access safeguards, but no platform can guarantee absolute security.

Users should use care and judgment when uploading sensitive images or body-related information.

7. GLP-1 Companion

Limento may include wellness-support tools related to GLP-1 medications.

These features are intended solely for organization, logging, adherence support, hydration reminders, protein and fiber reminders, wellness tracking, and informational support.

Limento does not provide dosing advice, prescription recommendations, injection guidance, treatment recommendations, medical supervision, or healthcare treatment.

Users must consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding GLP-1 medications, injections, side effects, treatment changes, symptoms, or medical concerns.

8. Security and Platform Integrity

Users may not engage in fraud, subscription abuse, unauthorized access, scraping, credential theft, infrastructure interference, security circumvention, reverse engineering, or unlawful use of the Services.

Users may not attempt to compromise the app, website, database, payment systems, AI systems, storage systems, or other infrastructure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, devices, and login credentials.

9. Enforcement and Moderation

Greve Digital Labs may review reported violations, remove content, limit features, suspend accounts, terminate access, or take other reasonable enforcement actions where necessary.

Enforcement may be used to maintain platform safety, protect users, prevent abuse, enforce policies, comply with legal obligations, protect infrastructure, or preserve the integrity of the Services.

We reserve the right to act where behavior creates risk, harms others, threatens infrastructure, violates laws or policies, or undermines platform integrity.

10. No Guarantee of Moderation

While Limento may review reports and moderate violations, we do not guarantee continuous moderation, immediate review, real-time intervention, or instant response times.

Limento is not monitored as a crisis, medical, safety, or emergency service.

Users remain responsible for their own conduct, decisions, and use of the Services.

11. Crisis and Emergency Limitation

Limento is not an emergency or crisis-support service.

Do not rely on the platform during medical emergencies, mental health crises, suicidal thoughts, self-harm risk, severe symptoms, or urgent situations.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental health crisis, self-harm risk, or urgent situation, seek immediate professional or emergency assistance.

12. Privacy and Sensitive Information

Users should avoid sharing passwords, financial information, personal identification numbers, highly sensitive medical information, confidential information, or information about other people inside free-text fields, uploads, or AI conversations unless necessary.
