Limento empowers users through a supportive, realistic, and wellness-focused environment operated by Greve Digital Labs. These guidelines apply to all users of Limento, whether via app or web. By using Limento, you agree to uphold the following standards:

- Treat others with respect and empathy at all times.
- Avoid any form of harassment, intimidation, or abuse.
- Prioritize psychological safety, supportive interactions, and constructive behavior.

1. Respectful & Responsible Use
Limento may not be used to harass, threaten, intimidate, shame, or exploit others, including through coach, support, uploaded content, or AI interactions. The platform is to foster sustainable wellness, not judgment or humiliation.
2. No Harmful Weight-Loss Behavior
You may not use Limento to promote or encourage unsafe practices such as:
- starvation or extreme caloric restriction
- eating disorders or disordered eating
- purging or dangerous restriction
- glorification of self-harm
- unsafe medication use
Content encouraging these behaviors will be removed.
3. No Medical Misuse
Limento is not a medical platform. You may not:
- seek or dispense medical advice or prescriptions
- use AI as a healthcare provider
- request diagnosis or emergency support
Always consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
4. AI Safety, Content Restrictions & Tracking
Misuse of Limento’s AI, including attempts to generate harmful content, bypass safeguards, or compromise platform safety, is prohibited. All users remain responsible for critically evaluating AI-generated outputs.
Tracking & Healthy Use
- Log honestly and consistently
- Use for awareness, behavior patterns, recovery support
- Avoid obsessive or perfectionistic tracking
Progress photos or uploads must be your own, permitted, and compliant with these guidelines. Do not share illegal, explicit, or harmful content.
GLP-1 Companion Conduct
The GLP-1 tools are for wellness organization only. They may not be used to seek dosing or prescription advice, nor as a substitute for proper healthcare guidance.
5. Security, Integrity & Fair Use
No Illegal Activity
Limento must not be used for fraud, subscription abuse, evading payment, unauthorized data access, infrastructure interference, or other unlawful actions.
Account Integrity
- No impersonation or fraud
- Do not share or use stolen credentials
- You are responsible for securing your account and device
Reporting Concerns
To report any harmful behavior or safety risk, contact support@limento.app or legal@limento.app.
Any unauthorized access or violation may result in limitation, suspension, or termination of your account, and possible legal action.
6. Enforcement, Moderation & Privacy
Enforcement
Greve Digital Labs may review reports, remove content, limit access, or suspend accounts to protect safety and comply with obligations. Actions will be taken at our discretion to prevent harm or abuse.
No Guarantee of Moderation
While we review concerns and moderate reported violations, we cannot guarantee immediate or continuous enforcement. Users remain responsible for their own conduct on Limento.
Privacy & Sensitive Information
Do not share confidential information (such as medical, financial, or account data) except when strictly necessary. Limento employs privacy safeguards, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Updates & Contact
Changes to These Guidelines
Limento may update these Community Guidelines. Any updates will be communicated via the app, website, or other channels. Continued use of the platform indicates agreement to updated guidelines.

Greve Digital Labs may:

- protect users,
- enforce policies,
- prevent abuse,
- or comply with legal obligations.
We reserve the right to act where behavior:
- creates risk,
- harms others,
- threatens infrastructure,
- or undermines platform integrity.
12. No Guarantee of Moderation
While we may review reports and enforce these guidelines, we do not guarantee:
- continuous moderation,
- immediate review,
- real-time intervention,
- or instant response times.
Users remain responsible for:
- their own conduct,
- their own decisions,
- and their own use of the Services.
13. Privacy, Guideline Updates & Contact
Users should avoid sharing:
- highly sensitive medical information,
- financial information,
- passwords,
- personal identification numbers,
- or other confidential information
inside free-text fields or AI conversations unless necessary.
While Limento implements privacy safeguards, no system can guarantee absolute security.
14. Changes to These Guidelines
We may update these Community Guidelines periodically.
Updated versions may be:
- posted inside the app,
- published on the website,
- or otherwise communicated where appropriate.
Continued use of the Services after updates may constitute acceptance of revised guidelines.
