### 1. Subscription Plans
Limento may offer:
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Introductory offers
- Promotional pricing
- Free trial periods

Subscription availability may vary by country, platform, region, device, or promotional period. All pricing is displayed before purchase confirmation.

### 2. Billing Provider
Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store billing systems. Payments are handled by Apple, not directly by Greve Digital Labs. We do not store full payment card information. Your use of Apple billing services is also subject to Apple’s own terms and policies.

### 3. Auto-Renewal
Unless cancelled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method and automatically renew the subscription until cancelled. Renewal timing and billing are controlled by Apple.

### 4. Free Trials
Limento may offer free trial periods. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription, and Apple may charge your payment method. You are responsible for managing or cancelling trials through your Apple account settings. Trial eligibility may be limited per account, Apple ID, device, or region.

### 5. Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be managed or cancelled through your Apple account settings or the App Store subscription management interface. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Cancellation timing and refund handling are controlled by Apple and applicable consumer laws.

### 6. Refunds
Refund requests are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s policies and local consumer protection laws. Greve Digital Labs cannot guarantee refunds and may not be able to directly issue App Store refunds. Certain jurisdictions may provide mandatory refund rights that cannot legally be excluded.

### 7. Price Changes
Subscription prices may change in the future where permitted by applicable law, Apple policies, or regional pricing requirements. Where required, users may receive notice before material pricing changes take effect.

### 8. Premium Features
Premium subscriptions may provide access to features including:
- AI coaching
- Advanced tracking
- Progress analysis
- Visual simulations
- GLP-1 wellness support
- Related premium functionality

Feature availability may change over time. Greve Digital Labs does not guarantee uninterrupted feature availability, permanent availability of any specific feature, or compatibility with all future devices or platforms.

### 9. No Guaranteed Results
Purchasing a subscription does not guarantee weight loss, fat loss, body composition changes, coaching success, wellness outcomes, or any specific result. Results vary significantly between individuals.

### 10. AI Features & Limitations
Certain premium features rely on AI systems. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate. AI features are informational and wellness-oriented only. Premium access does not create a healthcare relationship, medical supervision, or professional treatment services.

### 11. Account Sharing & Abuse
Subscriptions are intended only for the purchasing user. You may not:
- Resell subscriptions
- Improperly share access
- Abuse free trials
- Manipulate billing systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to premium functionality

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud or abuse.

### 12. Service Availability
We attempt to maintain reliable access to premium features, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent uptime, or compatibility with all systems. Temporary outages, maintenance, AI-provider issues, infrastructure interruptions, or third-party failures may occur.

### 13. Changes to Premium Features
Greve Digital Labs may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue premium features at any time. We are not obligated to maintain any specific feature indefinitely.

### 14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Greve Digital Labs and Limento are not liable for subscription dissatisfaction, AI inaccuracies, feature interruptions, billing interruptions, lost data, wellness outcomes, or reliance on premium-generated content. Premium features are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer laws.

### 15. Governing Law
These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts with Bergen as agreed venue, unless mandatory consumer laws provide otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
