Instead of acting like a simple calorie tracker, Limento aims to understand the behaviors behind weight regain and overeating so the AI coach can provide more relevant support over time. AI-generated insights are informational only and may not always be accurate.
Can Limento predict cravings or setbacks before they happen?
Limento can identify recurring patterns that may increase the likelihood of cravings or setbacks, such as poor sleep, low protein intake, inconsistent meal timing, stress, weekends, or long gaps without eating. The app may then surface reminders, meal suggestions, or coaching support intended to help users stay more consistent before a setback escalates. These insights are probabilistic estimates, not guarantees or medical predictions.

The goal is not only to track food, but also to support long-term adherence and sustainable fat loss in real life.
Can Limento help me avoid overeating or “falling off track”?
Limento is designed around recovery and consistency rather than perfection. The app may help users identify high-risk situations, plan more filling meals, increase protein and fiber awareness, improve routine consistency, and recover more quickly after setbacks. The focus is on sustainable behavior change, not punishment or extreme dieting.
Does Limento support GLP-1 medications like Wegovy or Ozempic?
Yes. Limento includes a GLP-1 Companion designed to support users who are using medications such as Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro, Zepbound, and related GLP-1 medications. Features may include appetite tracking, hydration reminders, protein/fiber awareness, side-effect logging, bowel movement tracking, and adherence support. Limento does not provide medical advice, dosing guidance, or treatment recommendations.
Does Limento become more accurate the more I use it?
The AI coach can become more personalized over time because it learns from recurring behaviors, routines, logged meals, setbacks, cravings, and consistency patterns. This may allow the app to provide more relevant suggestions and wellness support compared to a one-time setup experience. Is the AI food photo analysis accurate?
Meal-photo analysis is designed to provide helpful estimates for calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, fiber, and portion sizes. Accuracy may vary depending on lighting, portion visibility, ingredients, cooking methods, and image quality. Food analysis results are estimates only and should not be considered exact nutritional measurements.
Can I use Limento without Apple Health?
Yes. Apple Health integration is completely optional. Users can still log meals, track weight, enter steps manually, use AI coaching, track habits, and use the majority of the app’s features without Apple Health connected. When enabled, Apple Health is currently used in a read-only manner.
Can Limento help me lose fat without extreme dieting?
Limento is designed around sustainable fat loss, realistic routines, adherence, recovery after setbacks, and long-term consistency. The app is intentionally not designed around starvation, punishment, unrealistic restrictions, or aggressive crash dieting. Results vary between individuals and are never guaranteed.
Is my data and my progress photos private?
Limento uses private storage systems and authenticated access controls intended to help protect user data and uploaded progress photos. Progress photos are not publicly visible and are accessed using authenticated systems and signed URLs. However, no system can guarantee absolute security, and users should always use reasonable caution when uploading sensitive information.
